{"id":15163,"date":"2024-05-16T08:48:04","date_gmt":"2024-05-16T06:48:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mate-tronix.com\/?p=15163"},"modified":"2024-05-16T08:57:53","modified_gmt":"2024-05-16T06:57:53","slug":"auszeichnung-highvolt-preis-fuer-die-beste-diplomarbeit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mate-tronix.com\/en\/2024\/05\/16\/auszeichnung-highvolt-preis-fuer-die-beste-diplomarbeit\/","title":{"rendered":"HIGHVOLT award for the best diploma thesis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The HIGHVOLT Prize was awarded at the 1st DC Distribution Network Conference of the VDE Dresden in G\u00f6rlitz to honour outstanding achievements in the field of electrical engineering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are proud that our former KIA student Robert M\u00fchle, now project manager in our automation technology department, has been honoured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this work, initial measurements and analyses of load profiles were carried out on the automation systems of Selectrona GmbH. The use of an active filter showed that no measures are currently required to reduce voltage distortion. After analysing the power in various system states, an automatic switch-off system was implemented on the cover automation to reduce the active power drawn. This was subsequently to be added to other 50 or so automation systems at the production site.
